Do you feel under pressure sometimes or every day? Then join The Student Counselling Service’s workshop about stress where you will learn more about what stress is and how it can be prevented.
You will get the chance to try out stress reducing techniqes, get awareness of and work on your personal stress issues and be guided on how to worry less. Not least you will get the opportunity to share experiences with other students.
The workshop is free of charge and all students in higher education can participate.
