What is Online Support?

Online support contains different e- learning modules that you can choose based on your needs:

  • Build your self-esteem
    - simple techniques and knowledge to help you build your self-esteem

  • Learn to relax
    - relaxation techniques to let go of tensions and relax in body and mind

  • Sleep well (available in browser – not in app)
    - focus on sleep patterns to get more energy during the day

  • Boost your energy
    - improve your life as a student by getting to know and using your brain right

You are able to go through these modules at your own pace, and track your growth through implemented monitors. You can also choose to get in touch with a counsellor through Minddistrict. You are able to interchange messages and receive guidance on which modules that will be the best fit for you.


Some of the intros and navigations on the platform are in Danish, but the modules themselves are in English - we are working on it.


What do I get out of joining Minddistrict?

You get access to videos, texts, exercises and, not least, the possibility to customise your trajectory to your needs and time schedule.

At the same time, you will assist in shaping the platform for further use and thus help other students.

Minddistrict exists as a web and app solution, which means is it accessible to you at all times.
