It is important that you are well and happy in your studies. Both in relation to your overall well-being as well as your professional competences. However, as a student, it is completely normal to find navigating the study life hard. You may have difficulty concentration, family troubles or feel lonely. It could also be that you are overly perfectionistic, worried or experience symptoms of anxiety or stress.
With online therapy, you are able to talk to someone about the things that trouble you in your study life. The online aspect is especially an advantage, if you are located far away from Student Counselling Service or if you have a tight schedule.
The consultation is conducted in exactly the same way, as if you were in one of our departments in person. The consultation takes place via Skype with one of our counsellors, it is completely free of charge and of course confidential.
In order to get help at Student Counselling Service, you simply need to be accepted to and active in an SU-approved education.
