And the best part of it all? It is available whenever and wherever it suits you.

Minddistrict is our self-help platform on which to improve your enjoyment of life as a student and stimulate your own personal growth.

What is Online support?

Online support contains different e- learning modules that you can choose based on your needs.

Some modules for instance focus on:

  • Get an overview of your challenges
  • Relaxation
  • Built your self-confidence
  • Better sleep
  • Create healthy habits

You are able to go through these modules at your own pace, and track your growth through implemented monitors.

You can also choose to get in touch with a counsellor through Minddistrict. You are able to interchange messages and receive guidance on which modules that will be the best fit for you. Beside collaborating on one of the self help modules, they can support you in achieving your goals with the following modules:

  • Anxiety
  • Sadness
  • Mindfulness
  • Worry

The intro and navigation on the platform is in Danish, but the modules themselves are in English - we are working on it.
