Study Zone - an online community for studying

Are you also tired of studying alone at home? Are you having difficulties reading or writing? Do you rarely finish, what you start?

The Study Zone might then be the place for you.

What is the Study Zone?

The Study Zone is an online space that provides a fixed framework and help with time management, so that you can work more concentrated - and perhaps even make your reading or writing more efficient.

It is a non-binding and flexible service for everyone who find it hard structuring their studies from home. We also gladly help set realistic goals for your work.

You will get the change to meet other students in the same boat as yourself.

Additionally, you have the opportunity to talk to a counsellor in private, if there is an issue that you want to discuss.

What can I expect?

We are using the program AdobeConnect, which makes it easy for you to participate online. No dresscode is required and you decide whether you want your camera on or off.

The agenda typically looks like this:

  • Check-in
  • Goals
  • Three rounds of study sessions to study, interrupted by breaks and to get feedback if wanted.
  • Evaluation

NB: We would like to start at 9 o'clock, so you are able to log on from 08:50.

How do I join?

Registration is not necessary - just click here. The program is free to download.

All you have to do is to be online no later than 9 o’clock - preferably between 8.50 and 9.00. Please choose to download and run the program in the app – not in the internet browser – as you will probably experience technical problems if you don’t use the app

If you have any questions, please direct them to Studiefaellesskab@srg.dk. We will answer them as soon as possible.
