Are you having a hard time getting started with what you need in relation to your studies?
Do you tend to postpone difficult or demanding tasks?
Does your procrastination have negative consequences for your studies or for your life in general?
Do you need help to break the vicious circle of procrastination?
Then our "Get Started" group could be useful for you.
Many of the students that we meet in the Student Counseling experience the above problems with procrastination. Procrastination can lead to shame, stress and reduced productivity. It can have major consequences for both your study life and general well-being.
Together with our psychologists and the rest of the group, you will have the opportunity to share experiences, gain new perspectives and learn more about what might be helpful in order to break the vicious circle of procrastination.
How do I sign up?
To sign up, send us an email to email@example.com, in which you write which date you want to participate, your name, CPR-number*, where and what you study, your postcode and telephone number. When you are registered you will receive a confirmation.
A zoom link will be sent to you on the Friday before the upcoming session. In order for you to receive the link in time, you must be registered in our system.
