The perfect group for the procrastinators
Do you have a difficult time getting started on tasks and chores? And do you have a tendency to postpone that which is demanding and difficult? Then our Get-Going group might be the right match for you.
Challenges with procrastinations and postponements are common among students who contact Student Counselling Service. Procrastinations can lead to feelings of guilt, shame, stress and loss in productivity, and that can have major consequences for your study and private life.
That is why we invite you to join our Get Going-group, which is a study support group in which students help each other break the vicious circle that is procrastination. The concept of the group has been tried and tested throughout European Student Counselling Services – with great effect.
The group gets together every Monday from 08.30-10.00am at Emil Holms Kanal 14, 4th floor, 2300 Copenhagen, where Student Counselling Service is located.
Joining the group is free of charge. For more information on and registration for the group, send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org, in which you state your interest in the Get Going-group. There is a rule of first come first serve, as members join the group regularly.
